The art of

the drink.

// This Block

Rooted in the neighborhood.

Pour sits at the corner of Mesquite and Saguaro, in a space that used to be a print shop. The marble bar came from a hotel that closed in 1987. The bottles are sourced within a five-mile radius wherever possible.

Every supplier on the map below is someone we know by first name. The basil in the Neighbor's Garden cocktail grows in Elena's window box on Maple Street. The blood orange juice comes from the Ortiz family, three miles east, picked on Tuesdays.

"We didn't set out to make a neighborhood bar. The neighborhood just kept showing up."

— Marco, Head Bartender
// The Regulars

The people
who stay.

A bar is only as good as the people who come back. These are some of ours — neighbors, celebrants, the occasional stranger who became a regular by the second drink.

“I've been coming here every Thursday for two years. Marco already starts my order when he sees me walk in. I didn't know a bar could feel like that.”

— Maria, two doors downRegular since opening week

“We held our rehearsal dinner in the back corner. Fourteen people, the whole bar to ourselves for an evening. It felt like the city stopped outside and left us alone.”

— James & PriyaRehearsal dinner, October

“The Smoke Signal changed how I think about mezcal. I asked what was in it. He told me the whole story. I stayed for three more.”

— David, Tuesday nightsSmoke Signal devotee

“I brought my mother here for her birthday because I couldn't think of anywhere else that would feel worthy of the occasion. It was.”

— Sofia, from the neighborhoodBirthday celebration

“The basil in the Neighbor's Garden is literally from my window box. Finding that on a menu was one of the stranger and better moments of my year.”

— Elena, Maple StreetHerb supplier & regular

“I'm an event planner. I've seen a lot of venues. This is the only one where the space itself does the work — you don't have to decorate it. It's already perfect.”
